STATEMENTOF PURPOSE
Utilizing aknowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health andsafety regulations and all Wendy's food safety, security and employee policiesand procedures;
the crew member position is responsible for providing qualityproducts and service in a clean and safe environment to each and everycustomer.
RESPONSIBILITIES& PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ensureall food orders are prepared, portioned, and served correctly
- Workwith your team to help meet service goals
- Maintaina clean, safe, and fully stocked restaurant
- Operatecash registers according to cash policies and procedures
- Takeorders from customers
- Providequality service to all customers
- Crosstrain in different stations
- Standingfor at least four hours
- Repetitivebending and stooping as necessary
