About The Position
Job Title : Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Specialty : Nuclear Medicine Tech Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (8 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : At least 1 year preferred;
first-time applicants accepted License : State License CNMT Certifications : BLS, ARRT, NMTCB Must-Have : AMA Rad Tech Training Job Description : Work in a cardiac outpatient clinic alongside 6 cardiologists.
- Assist in conducting Nuclear Medicine Spect Scans and Nuclear Medicine Stress Tests as part of cardiologist treatment plans.
- Handle a daily caseload of approximately 6 patients per technologist.- Participate in a 40-hour orientation.- Utilize EPIC for charting.
- COVID-19 vaccine required, with medical / religious exemptions and declinations allowed.- Expected to float between all facilities within the state.
- If required, communication devices will be provided or reimbursed for work-related use.- Complete non-billable modules pre-start and annually, with self-reported time and recorded completion.
