VP of FP&A (Finance)
VP OF FP&A
BGSF has partnered with a rapidly growing company that is seeking a VP of FP&A. This VP of FP&A role is predominantly focused on FP&A (90%) with some responsibilities in Treasury (10%).
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of key business drivers, possess strong CAPEX / return modeling experience, and be able to navigate the complexities of a high-volume capital deployment environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- FP&A Leadership : Lead financial planning and analysis activities, understanding and integrating key business drivers.
- CAPEX and Return Modeling : Develop and manage capital expenditure and return models to support high-volume capital deployment initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work effectively across various departments, including Sales, Operations, Technology / IT, and Back Office, to gather data, provide insights, and support business decisions.
- Communication and Presentation : Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to the board, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Detail Orientation : Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks to ensure accuracy and reliability in financial reporting and analysis.
- Treasury Support : Assist in treasury-related tasks as needed, providing support to ensure effective cash flow management and financial risk mitigation.
Preferred Skills :
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related fields
- MBA (preferred)
- Certifications (preferred)
- 15+ years of progressive Finance / FP&A experience
