Senior Sales Enablement Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business goalsCreate and deliver training and onboarding programs for the go-to-market teamManage sales enablement content and tools to improve sales productivity and effectivenessRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field5-7 years of experience in a high-performing sales organization in sales enablementExperience with sales methodologies and enablement best practices, preferably MEDDPICCProficient in using sales tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoftExperience with Articulate Rise for creating and managing training modules
