Revenue Cycle Analyst I - Financial Services

Summary :
This position is responsible for revenue cycle operationsanalysis, audit, procedural revisions, and education plus otherprojects as assigned.
Responsibilities :
- Meets expectations of the applicableOneCHRISTUS Competencies : Leader of Self, Leader of Others, orLeader of Leaders.
- Supports existingcapabilities related to the standardization and consolidation ofdaily / weekly / monthly reporting revenue cyclereporting.
- Assists in standardization of goalsetting of productivity and performancemonitoring.
- Collects and synthesizes relevantinformation through the system to supportstrategies.
- Performs assessments for hospitalsto identify opportunities for revenue cycle performanceimprovement.
- Assists in development of plansto implement strategies and measure the results of suchstrategies.
- Assists in creating and monitoringmodels that link strategies to measures of performance (financialand non-financial) that ensure successfulimplementation.
- Provides analysis andinformation to help detect both current and future performanceissues.
- Cultivates internal and externalrelationships to gain new knowledge andcompetencies.
- Conforms with and abides by allregulations, policies, work procedures, andinstructions.
- Utilizes strong computingability to balance multiple tasks.
- Functionsas a contributing and effective member of theteam.
- Analyzes and prepares special projectsas needed Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent years ofexperience required.
