Looking for a traveling training team for MN. Newest locations Maple Grove and St Louis Park. We are looking for someone to act as a reliable rockstar who can help train / provide support at both locations.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Hard-working team player with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand through duration of shift
- Be at least 16 years old
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests to provide a positive experience
- Understand food safety and help maintain a clean restaurant
- Communicate effectively with managers, fellow #wokstars, and customers
- Support customers with technology-Kiosk & QR code table ordering
- Become familiar with building stir-fry meals while maintaining quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines
- Understand our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, signature sauces, and ability to describe flavor profile

A second location was opened in Brookhaven, GA in 2020. Urban Wok became a franchise in MN in 2022 and is rapidly growing with new locations under construction across the U.
