Job Description :
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in restoring and enhancing our patients' physical functions. This position involves treating various orthopedic conditions, such as acute work-related injuries, pre and post-surgical recovery, and workplace wellness initiatives.
By designing personalized programs aligned with each patient's goals, you'll help them return to work and daily life confidently.

Responsibilities :
- Assess and create personalized treatment plans.
- Modify treatment strategies based on patient progress.
- Instruct & educate patients on exercises and home programs.
- Maintain communication with patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain professionalism and compassion in patient interactions.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements :
- Doctorate or Graduate Degree in Physical Therapy.
- California PT license.
- Dedication to patient care and outcomes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
- Strong communication skills.
- Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
