We are looking for an Attorney with at least three years of pre-trial litigation knowledge to join our LITIGATION TEAM.

Compensation : $110,000+ / - DOE
$110,000+ / - DOE
Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research
- Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
- Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
- Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
- Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
- Depositions (experience a plus but will train)
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of experience working in a law firm is required
- Admitted to practice in NYS
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
