What we look for.

Education :

• Associate of Arts / Vocational / Technical Degree in Graphic Design or related field is required
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Experience :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital and print-based graphic design working from concept and layout to export and production is required
• Management of multiple project deadlines concurrently is preferred
• Experience in Association marketing is preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for qualification requirements .

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Excellent communications skills are required
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is required
• Strong organizational skills are required
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Strong customer service skills are required
• Strong Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills are required
• Web and digital design concepts and software is preferred
• Video and animation editing and support is preferred

Travel Requirements : Occasional travel required approximately 5%

Location : Minneapolis, MN and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week)
