Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced rough-in plumber who has at least some experiencein service work. Below are the essential job duties and responsibilities of this role :
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures in residential buildings.
- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians and other construction professionals.
- Follow building plans and blueprints.
- Respond to, diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
Job requirements
- Rough-in plumbing experience
- Driver's license
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
- Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
