Director of Labor and Delivery
We are searching for a motivated leader for the Director of Labor and Deliver Unit position for a well-known health organization in Austin, Texas!
Austin, Texas, founded in the 1830s as the capital of the Republic of Texas, has evolved into a vibrant hub known for its music and cultural scene.

Job Summary
The Director ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s) / department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring.
The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree or other approved education plan required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and / or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
- ACLS preferred
- NRP preferred
- FHM preferred
- RNC-OB preferred
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare required in an acute care setting
- 3+ year of recent experience in a leadership role required in an acute care setting.
Salary : $125K-$171K
