Job Description
The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for executing the setup of the entire evidence solution including orderability, pricing and overall readiness of the various teams supporting the product, software and other components.
The Evidence Product Operations Managers work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Order Management, IT, Channel Operations, Deployment, Engineering, Supply chain and Service to support and enable internal processes for offer launches regionally.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
New Product Introduction and regional launch activities
Manage the product management operational aspects of the product development process for solutions (hardware, software, accessories, services) that need to be set up for first launch
Support the establishment of processes required to enable Proof-Of-Concepts and trial kits
Support Service Plan in collaboration with Service team
Update pricing documentation, systems and configurators in accordance with product management and regional pricing committees
Regional expansion and adaptation of launched products ex. language packs, Compliance Territory Approval prioritization
Post-release management
Responsible for product operations / maintenance of pricing documentation, ensuring products remain orderable, fulfillable, renewable, maintainable
Cross-functional role focused on streamlining product processes, workflows, and collaboration across the entire organization.

Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant technology experience in business planning, product planning, and orderability
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
