Role Description
The Talent Associate will immediately become an important contributor to the Oak Street People Operations (HR) Team. This individual will provide a full life cycle, volume recruitment that will contribute to Oak Street Health's success.
The individual will enhance the level of quality and quantity of our staff. The ability to be successful in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environment while being highly organized and detail oriented is essential.
Core Responsibilities
Independently manage a requisition load ranging from 30-50 positions at any given time that ranges from entry-level to director-level positions and above
Lead regional recruitment calls in absence of Manager and effectively advocate on behalf of TA team's recruitment efforts
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company by implementing new processes and fine-tuning current processes
Manage relationships with 3rd party recruiting agencies, when necessary
Actively and creatively source / headhunt candidates for hard to fill roles by scouring job search websites and contacting those candidates personally
Maintain strong partnership with hiring managers so that you may adjust overall recruiting strategy accordingly
Maintain hiring workflow (i.e., send offer letters, process demographic information, open / close job requisitions in our ATS, etc.)
Audit ATS system regularly to ensure accuracy
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Actively participate in creating a great candidate experience by ensuring the hiring process is fair and consistent throughout

What are we looking for?
3-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting (from entry-level to Director-level roles and above)
Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines and exercise a high degree of professionalism
Knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
Demonstrated problem solving, judgment and conflict resolution skills with the ability to provide high quality independent analysis, conclusions, and recommendations
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
Ability to quickly build trusting relationships, gain credibility, and partner with leaders and peers
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situation
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience required
Strong computer skills
US work Authorization
