- This groups is the largest independent primary care group in Lane County and is recognized by the Oregon Health Authority as Tier 5 Patient-Centered Primary Care Clinics (the highest level)
- With 3 separate clinics, this group has a total of 25 providers - half Physicians and half APPs
- These clinics have onsite lab, X-ray, and will offer ultrasounds and mammography this summer *Benefits and Features :

- Call is split between 25 providers; physicians always take call on Sunday.
- 18-22 Patients per day
