The Nitty Gritty

An established and expanding wealth management firm with over $11 billion in assets is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead, CRM and Growth to work within a dynamic environment to design, execute and continuously optimize world-class digital experiences for their roster of prospective and existing clients (think entertainers, Hollywood stars, high rollers, and a lot of buzzy tech folks).

The Digital Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in helping to drive leads while simultaneously creating and executing on a robust digital roadmap for prospective and existing clients in an effort to enhance the firm’s overall digital presence.

You will be tasked with creating end-to-end client journeys, starting from personas and considering all potential touchpoints, to drive an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll develop a winning digital marketing strategy from the ground up and devise an approach to test and learn what marketing channels work to drive new prospects, while leveraging all channels to enhance the existing client experience (e.

g. email marketing). Enhancing the firm’s social media presence and reach will be crucial too : You’ll design, build and boost their social media presence on LinkedIn, Youtube, Meta, and TikTok.

Plus, you will define requirements for landing pages and content creation to drive traffic to the corporate website, collaborating closely with the internal team (e.

g. graphic designers, content creators) on implementation.

Why You?

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of digital marketing experience; experience with financial services is preferred. CRM and Lead Gen experience is 100% required.

You must also have strong experience in digital marketing across all channels, with the ability to build from the ground up and test and learn into the right strategy.

You have a proven track record of scaling digital marketing within an organization. Experience and knowledge of Pardot marketing automation to build and design email campaigns is necessary.

Plus, you need to have deep experience using key social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. You’re a team player and collaborator, but also a self-starter who actively sees projects through to completion, while maintaining a high level of communication with team members.

You possess an uncanny ability to organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and keep the marketing team apprised on open items.

You’re unafraid of tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
