Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and document customer requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteriaConfigure the system, including custom objects, fields, and approval processes, to meet client needsProvide training and support to end users, assisting with troubleshooting during the implementation processQualifications and EducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar roleExperience working within a SaaS environmentExperience working within an Agile / Scrum environment (preferred but not required)Experience with Salesforce in an administrative capacity (preferred but not required)
