Team : Maintenance

Shifts Needed : Day

Nights Monday- Friday 6a -4 : 45p + Saturday 6a-12p

Reports to : Maintenance Supervisor

Character of Position

As a Janitorial Building Maintenance , you will be responsible for all activities related to shop and or office cleaning and maintenance, cleaning restrooms, and any required outside grounds keeping.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all of the daily, bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annual activities are completed as scheduled
• Notify general facility maintenance issues (doors, bathrooms, etc.) to the Maintenance Supervisor as they arise
• Assist with the movement of materials or equipment within or between facilities
• Achieve quality and production goals
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
• Other duties as assigned

• Clear and consistent communication with team

Requirements

• Must be able to work overtime as necessary
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
