Job Description

  • Engage with prospects using a relationship sales-based approach
  • Generate new business by cold calling, utilizing relationships and lead tracking
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing clients
  • Follow proven sales process and procedures
  • Balance book of business between servicing existing customers and new business development
  • Stay up to date with tasks within CRM

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience within the IT / Technology field (cold calling, prospecting, relationship management, closing business)
  • Outside sales experience in IT Professional Services or Staffing
  • Fast-paced, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Excellent business development and relationship building skills
  • Natural personality for the desire to win
  • Full understanding of the sales cycle including prospecting, effectively following up, setting qualified appointments, delivering proposals and closing the deal
  • Proven track record in outside sales, business development and ability to influence decisions and close the deal
  • Bachelors Degree
