Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay : $18.24 / hr
About the Role :
CornerStone Staffing has partnered with Dallas County to seek a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This role involves performing a variety of support and clerical duties to enhance our division's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Perform support and clerical duties, including alphabetizing, indexing, verifying, filing, and maintaining documents, materials, and files.
Interact effectively with the public and other departments by answering routine inquiries and processing requests for information.
Type, copy, and compose correspondence as needed.
Input data and conduct research for various projects.
Create reports and maintain organized files and calendars.
Serve as a liaison for the division by greeting visitors and screening incoming calls.
Take messages and respond to routine inquiries promptly.
Job Requirements :
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 or later.
Must pass the CJIS certification exam.
