WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS :
Our hours of operation are 11 : 00 AM to 1 : 30 AM, and your schedule will be coordinated with other management staff for flexibility and coverage.
As our Bar and Restaurant General Manager, you'll lead the charge of overseeing all daily operations at our bustling restaurant and entertainment venue.
From ensuring top-notch food and drink service to managing pool hall activities, you'll keep everything running smoothly while complying with food safety and alcohol regulations.
You'll work closely with ownership to create budgets, set profit goals, and strategize for growth. Your expertise in financial analysis will help spot cost-saving opportunities, while your creativity will shine in marketing promotions and menu planning.
By building strong relationships with guests, vendors, and staff, you'll foster a positive, engaging atmosphere that makes Sharks the go-to spot for fun!
What's needed :
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant and bar management
- Technologically proficient, including the ability to use point-of-sale, inventory management, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and alcohol service laws
