Occupational Therapist needed for home health setting in Barre, VT
20 week assignment
36 guaranteed hours
Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
1+ year of home health experience required
Must have VT license in-hand or proof of application upon submission
Primary Job Responsibilities :
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and colleagues to ensure a person’s needs are met.
Provide occupational therapy care to a broad cross-section of clients living in central Vermont.
Offer education and support to individuals to help them set and reach their goals of care.
Support your clients’ desire to maintain their independence and to live in their own home.
Requirements : Vermont OT licensure
Vermont OT licensure
Home Health experience
McKesson / Netsmart EMR experience strongly preferred
