About The Position
Job Title : Social Worker Job Specialty : Social Work Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 8-hour day shifts; 32 hours per week, alternating weeks : Tuesday-Friday and Wednesday-Saturday rotation Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 2+ years preferred License : Active California licensure Certifications : CA BBS Certification, BLS (American Heart Association only) Must-Have : LCSWs, ACSWs (aka MSWs), LMFTs, and AMFTs (aka MFTs) registered within California Job Description : Provide comprehensive social work services.
- Support clients through individualized care planning.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions.- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and connect them to appropriate resources.
- Participate in case meetings and client reviews.- Adapt to the rotating schedule of shifts.- Attend orientation sessions as scheduled.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.This position does not require floating between units.
