National full-service law firm is expanding and seeking a senior attorney for their Westchester NY office. Ideal candidate will have 5-20 years of Medical Malpractice defense experience.
Responsibilities :
- Manage assigned cases
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Take and defend depositions
- Make court appearances
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of medical malpractice experience
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in New York
- Trial / Trial prep experience
150k-200k (Base salary range can be adjusted accordingly DOE)+ Comprehensive Benefits Package.
