Job Description
Shift Leaders are considered an extension of management and may be trusted with the store
during times in which management is not present. Shift Leaders should show exemplary work
performance and demonstrate responsibility and maturity while working. Shift Leaders should
be comfortable delegating work and should excel at doing such in a manner that prioritizes the
needs of the restaurant appropriately.
Job Responsibilities Include :
In addition to the responsibilities of a Playa Babe / Bro :
Manage and maintain the quality of food, discarding product when necessary.
Delegate work to employees in an appropriate and responsible manner.
Manage and issue refunds.
Solve customer issues in a polite and professional manner.
Manage and record inventory levels throughout the shift and at the end of the
night.
Count the register, safe, and deposit.
Communicate effectively with management in regards to any issues throughout
the shift.
Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with
company standards.
