You will be the Control Account Manager for the F-35 Simulation System Test Team (SST). Our team develops and delivers Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation capabilities to the F-35 Reprogramming Labs (RLs).
What You Will Be Doing
As a Control Account and Project Manager you will be focused on managing the cost and schedule performance of projects and programs within the Simulation and System Labs organization.
As a member of the System Integration Labs project management team, this team member will work with fellow CAMs and project leads to ensure metrics like Schedule Forecast Accuracy, Baseline Execution Index, and Contract Performance Reports are understood and can be articulated clearly.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Utilize EVMS to perform cost and schedule variance analysis
- Develop monthly estimate to complete assessments
- Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Implement scope changes and new program baseline activity - all in accordance with established monthly business rhythm.
- Support of onsite events / meetings will be required on occasion.
Additionally, you will support deputy project lead responsibilities. Candidates should have a technical background and strong interest in developing project management expertise on technical work scope.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a security clearance.

Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in project engineering or project management
- Earned Value Management experience as a Control Account Manager
Desired Skills :
- Familiarity with F-35 Hardware-In-The-Loop testing

- Proposal experience

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
