Job Description
The Senior Site Merchandiser is responsible for leading the execution of merchandising strategies on-site across multiple geographies.
This role involves strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Merchandising, Marketing, Business Management, and Product Management.
The Senior Site Merchandiser will leverage data proficiency, user experience expertise, and leadership capabilities to continuously optimize site performance, driving growth and enhancing the customer experience.
This full-time temporary position reports to the Senior eCommerce Manager and is based in our Redwood City office location.
This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Tuesday and Wednesday in-office.
What you’ll do :
Assist in developing strategies aimed at meeting company revenue and profitability goals by leveraging data analysis and eCommerce best practices
Support the generation of A / B testing ideas, represent testing needs cross-functionally, and analyze results to drive continuous site optimization
Monitor daily and weekly site performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization across brands and geographies
Serve as the eCommerce representative in various cross-functional projects, bringing industry knowledge and contributing to the scaling of business processes
Assist in the execution of site merchandising strategies, ensuring that product placements and visual standards align with seasonal and business objectives
Support the launch of new products on-site, ensuring effective site placement and alignment with merchandising plans
Help develop and implement strategies to personalize the customer experience based on buying history and user behavior
Conduct regular site audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in site structure, content, and overall user experience
Assist in the analysis and reporting of site performance, sharing insights with cross-functional teams to inform future strategies
Document processes and contribute to the optimization of internal workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability
What you bring to the table :
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Management or Liberal Arts
Minimum of five (5) years of eCommerce related experience, previous site merchandising experience preferred
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
Passion for teamwork and collaboration, with an ability to build constructive and effective relationships with broad group of business partners
A self-starter with the ability to multi-task
Attention to detail, highly organized, deadline-driven and goal- and results-oriented
Extremely flexible / adaptable attitude; enjoyment of a startup mentality
Highly literate in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Outlook; Experience working with Google Analytics and Power BI is a plus

The base pay rate for this position is : $52.00-$62.00 per hour.
