Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from planning to final inspection.
- Budget & Schedule Management : Develop, monitor, and adjust project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Team Collaboration : Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
- Quality Control : Ensure all work adheres to the highest quality standards and meets regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays or budget overruns.
- Client Liaison : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their vision is realized.
- Document Management : Maintain thorough documentation, including RFI responses, change orders, and project reports.
- Vendor Relations : Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Safety Enforcement : Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed to create a safe working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience : 5+ years of project management experience in ground-up commercial construction.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling software (such as Procore or Primavera), and industry best practices.
- Leadership : Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem Solver : Ability to foresee potential issues and develop strategies to address them.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
- Attention to Detail : Meticulous approach to managing multiple aspects of a project.
