Looking for a leader in providing efficient and professional dispatching services. Our client is seeking a dispatcher to oversee and work collaboratively with a dispatching operations and customer service team.

The ideal candidate is a positive, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills, ready to step into a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work collaboratively with a team of 3-5 dispatchers and customer service representatives (CSRs)
• Maintain effective communication with the operations manager, field managers, and city / county officials
• Dispatch and respond to high volumes of calls and emails on a daily basis
• Oversee the pulling of permits, scheduling of inspections, and coordination of dates with homeowners
• Ensure seamless coordination between the dispatch team and field technicians
• Adapt quickly to changing situations and assist in resolving any unusual operational challenges
• Manage on-call rotation coverage for dispatch, while not being regularly part of the rotation

Qualifications :

• 2-3 years of dispatching and experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a positive team environment
• Experience leading a team and handling high volumes of communication
• Exceptional attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and pivot when necessary
• Empathetic yet firm leadership approach
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
