Key Responsibilities of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) :

• Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles and procedures.
• Deliver 1 : 1 instruction consistent with best practices in ABA therapy.
• Collect and log detailed behavior and skill acquisition data accurately during sessions.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials developed by BCBAs for patients.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan implementation.
• Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities to grow within the role.
• Celebrate victories and milestones with kids and families.

Must-Have Requirements :
