Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide both in-person and telehealth counseling services, offering support to individuals and groups dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health issues, as well as court-mandated counseling and psychoeducation.
Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with a variety of mental health concerns.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Provide support and counseling for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health issues.
Facilitate psychoeducation group sessions focusing on positive alternatives, anger management, substance use treatment, DUI education, domestic violence, and court-mandated counseling.
Conduct screening assessments and intake orientations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
Collaborate with other counselors and staff to ensure comprehensive client care.
Participate in case management and administrative tasks as needed.
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent in the state of Arizona.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling, with a focus on anxiety, depression, PTSD, and general mental health issues.
Experience in both individual and group therapy settings.
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and comfortable conducting virtual sessions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
