Job Title : Compliance Admin Assistant
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Pay : $18 - $20 / hourly
Job Description :
Will be responsible for reviewing and auditing various mortgage processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
This position demands a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Job Responsibilities :
Reviewing foreclosure processes using a system app
Reviewing bankruptcy processes using a manual checklist
Reviewing invoices for accuracy
Responding to clients through emails and client systems
Preparing audit packages
Reviewing alerts and distributing tracking updates as needed
Tracking annual staff training
Ideal Candidate :
Mortgage experience either in Mortgage servicing or Mortgage default - REQUIRED
Audit experience is preferred
Excellent listening, verbal communication, and writing skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Must have the ability to interact with numerous internal and external customers and regulatory agencies
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and cooperative team setting
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Demonstrate a high degree of work ethics, professional work habits, positive teamwork, and punctuality
Knowledge and ability to use personal computers and related software applications such as Excel and Word
30 WPM typing speed
On-boarding Requirements :
