Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Director for Migraine Prevention, the Senior Marketing Manager will assume responsibility for unlocking a broader set of stakeholders to transform the patient pathway.
Role responsibilities include overseeing affiliates execution of advanced customer experience (ACE) and co-creating the customer experience using a customer centric approach.
All aspects require team work as well as day-to-day autonomy. This is an essential role within the International Marketing and Commercial Operations Specialty Care Business Unit.
Key responsibilities :
Support development and roll out of ACE
- Work closely with International Digital Lead and International Customer Excellence to maximize migraine customer experience strategy and implementation- ensuring solid foundations in place for launch (customer profiling, segmentation, content, channel activation, consent), enabling seamless ACE activation
- Oversee affiliates ACE execution and co-creation of content - including tailored customer communication driving the operational aspects of campaign assets for roll out to country e.
g. Briefing Documents, Training guides and implementation guides
- Work and collaborate with scoped affiliate marketing teams to support unlocking a broader set of stakeholders via all relevant channels, ensure insights are gathered, learnings are shared, and deliverables are maximised.
- Continuous refinement, based on ACE impact framework data, of channel effectiveness and share of mind
- Analytics & Insight on effectiveness of ACE implementation
- Best practice / learning sharing
- Strategic advisory services
- Ensure all deliverables are per AbbVie standard operating practices.
- Lead and co-ordinate Compliance, Medical & Legal approval process (via Veeva® Platform), with primary responsibility as owner of customer engagement assets
Operational readiness and monitoring
- Financial monitoring of investment prioritization and coordination across brand teams
- Work with cross functional partners with appropriate dashboards to monitor, obtain insights and shape change.
- Coordinate internal brand team meetings and supporting team in organization led meetings.
- Expand experience by in-country visits to strengthen collaboration and to gain customer and country feedback
- Support new market launches

Prioritised affiliate business unit managers and Local brand teams, International brand marketeers, MABI, Area leads, Customer Excellence, MCM team, Learning team BTS, Digital team
Qualifications
- Proven marketing experience success within pharmaceutical sector
- Essential experience in speciality (hospital) medicines
- Ability to work in matrix / Cross-functional environment
- Prior field-based experience as a pharmaceutical representative is useful
- Prior affiliate-level marketing experience is essential
- Graduate Qualification Essential
Competencies
Candidate requires strong project management and communication skills, experience of working across the marketing mix, including traditional and digital, experience of working with cross functional brand teams and experience of cross-cultural collaboration

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
