Job Description :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, documenting any changes or abnormalities.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Adapt to rapid changes in patient conditions and prioritize tasks effectively.
