Position Overview : We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team.
This position offers the opportunity to work within a school setting, providing essential occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' functional abilities and needs within the school environment.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals to address students' occupational therapy needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support students' academic and functional success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois.
- Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
