We currently have an assignment for a Construction Project Manager I in Arlington, VA, supporting mission critical projects throughout the National Capital Region (NCR).

Job Responsibilities
The Construction Project Manager I will be responsible for supporting the project management team in the day-to-day management of 1 to 2 ongoing construction projects valued from $1M to $30M each.
The responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager I include :
- Assisting the Government in : Site evaluations Field surveys Constructability and code compliance
- Develop the following : Scopes of work Cost Estimates Schedules
- Supporting the Government’s tracking of construction progress, submittals, permit applications and invoicing
Job Requirements
Specific qualifications for the Construction Project Manager I include :
- Bachelor of Science in engineering, architecture or construction management*
- Five (5) years of related construction management experience*
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to pass and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (HSPD-12 fingerprint background check)
- Additional combinations of education, licensure and experience may be considered, but are subject to government acceptance.
