Supply Manager - Data-led Sourcing and Acquisition

7-Month Contract

Duties :

The Supply Manager leads the acquisition of high-quality experiences for the platform by researching, curating, and sourcing them from expert hosts.

This role manages the supply acquisition funnel and collaborates with vendors to achieve global supply goals, reporting to the Talent Sourcing & Acquisition Lead.

The individual will support teams and projects to bring new supply to the platform.

Skills :

  • Project Management : Oversee the development and execution of supply acquisition projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Industry Awareness : Stay updated on trends in entertainment and travel to enhance project outcomes.
  • Talent & Supply Sourcing : Source supply and engage with experience hosts.
  • Inclusivity : Promote a respectful and inclusive team environment.
  • Lead Reviews : Ensure vendor-sourced leads meet quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate collaboration and provide project updates to team members and senior leadership.
  • Meeting Management : Lead supply acquisition projects and manage agendas and notes.
  • Documentation : Maintain project briefs, schedules, and status updates.
  • Weekly Updates : Circulate project updates tracking goals and progress.
  • Visual Communication : Create clear presentations for leadership and partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Drive collaboration across diverse stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Vendor Management : Coordinate with sourcing professionals for experience acquisition.
  • Sales Guidance : Support vendor training and create acquisition guidebooks.
  • Experience Attendance : Attend at least 3 experiences monthly for improvement insights.

Experience :

  • 12+ years in creative development, supply acquisition, or related fields.
  • Deep knowledge of trends in travel, entertainment, and hospitality.
  • Strong curatorial skills and ability to identify culturally relevant experiences.
  • Experience managing vendors for experiential products.
  • Proven project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across creative, technical, and business disciplines.
  • Understanding of digital sourcing data processes and collaboration with tech teams.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organization and decision-making abilities.
  • Creativity and innovation in experiential concepts.
  • Proficient in project management tools.

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in entertainment design, event production, experiential marketing, or related fields.
