Responsibilities
As a Majestic Care BCBA , you'll be :
- Crafting tailored, evidence-based intervention plans.
- Setting the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional and ethical standards.
- Leading and inspiring your team to achieve the highest standards of care.
- Collaborating across diverse groups for consistent and effective interventions.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
- Develop child-specific behavior plans in accordance with the principles of ABA.
- Train, manage, and retain a team of Behavior Technicians who directly report to the Supervising Clinician.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with families and other service providers.
- Engage parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes.
- Review RBTs session notes for content and accuracy on a daily basis.
- Will attend first session of every client with RBT present.
- Promote the growth of Majestic Care’s mission and values and assist in the pursuit of collaborative opportunities within the field and the community.
- Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
Minimum Qualifications :
- A Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
- An active BCBA certification from the BACB.
- BCBA for at least 1 year.
- Clear background check.
- An active and valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods of time.
- Deescalate and manage challenging behaviors
- Reliable transportation
