Job Description :

We are seeking dedicated and experienced caregivers to fill a floater position. As a floater, you will have the unique opportunity to work with various clients, covering shifts as needed.

This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes or care facilities.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Adapt quickly to different client needs and environments.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• Ability to travel to different client locations as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting and transferring clients.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
