Position Responsibilities :
- Lead all projects and be professionalcourteous respectful and helpful to everyone at alltimes
- Set direction align resources andexecute at a high standard
- Provide initialclient contact to assess the scope of work and resources requiredto successfully complete the project
- Supervisethe total construction effort to ensure each project is constructedin accordance with safety quality design budget andschedule
- Interface directly with clientrepresentatives AE representatives and other contractors
- Create and manage the project schedule
- Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment rentalequipment income / expenses etc.)
- Initiate andmaintain extra work estimating and issuance of changeorders
- Assume responsibility for theproductivity of crafts efficient use of materials and equipment andcontractual performance of the project
- Represent Clients in project meetings and assist in labornegotiations / strategy meetings
- Establishproject objectives policies procedures and performance standardswithin the boundaries of corporate policy
- Manage job cost
- Coordinatesubcontractors and lead contractor meetings
- Write and manage subcontracts and changeorders
- Coach mentor and develop ProjectEngineers
- Problemsolve and handle all issuesappropriately
- Responsible for efficient andcomplete closeout of the project including financial

- Candidatesmust be selfmotivated have strong leadership skills and beinterested in developing new accounts
- Candidates must have the ability to manage all aspects ofa project including technical safety schedule cost and financialresponsibility
- Candidates must be proficientin Microsoft Office Primavera AutoCAD and Viewpointsoftware
- Experience in the automotive sectoris preferred
- Excellent with problemsolving andplanning
Required Experience
- A Bachelors degree in an Engineering relatedfield or Construction Management required
- 7years of experience in heavy Industrial projectmanagement
