Job Title : Assistant Property Manager
Location : Onsite in Vancouver, WA
Contract Duration : 3-6 month contract with potential to become a permanent employee
Compensation : $21-$27 per hour DOE
Job Description :
LHH Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Assistant Property Manager to join our client's team in Vancouver, WA. This role will assist with leasing, tenant relations, financial reporting, and overall driving excellent customer service for current and potential tenants.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a passion for helping people.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of the community.
- Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities.
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants.
- Create weekly and monthly reports regarding financial progress of the property.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
Requirements :
- 6 months or more experience in leasing or property management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management is a plus.
Pay Details : $21.00 to $27.00 per hour
