We are Hiring an HVAC Service Technician!
This position will focus on commercial maintenance and service. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of HVAC experience, preferably commercial maintenance, and service.

Job Title : HVAC Service Technician
Pay Rate : $25.00 - $33.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours : 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
What you will be doing :
- Commercial HVAC serviced and maintenance
- Maintenance, cleaning, and repair of commercial heating / cooling, and ventilation systems
- Cleaning & maintaining boilers, chillers, pumps, AC, Rooftop, split system, and water sourced heat pumps
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Work form 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
- Receiving hands on training for professional career growth
- Providing outstanding service to our customer
Qualifications / Skills :
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- 2+ years of HVAC commercial annual maintenance and service experience
- Able to troubleshoot and perform maintenance for wide range of commercial equipment
- Understand and communicate benefits of preventative / annual maintenance
- Advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkers
- Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner
- Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Certification of completion form a HVAC Technical School is desired
- High school diploma or equivalent
