What you’ll be doing :
- Team Leadership Drive results and achievement of key AIP targets, deadlines and KPM’s. Maximize the effectiveness of a team through goal setting, planning and follow-up.
- F&B Operational Execution Utilize data, operational reports and field feedback to ensure teams are able to sufficiently execute on projects.
Influence product decisions and rollout to create positive operational impact.
- Interdepartmental Connections Work with multiple TSC groups to drive F&B results through pricing, reporting, Learning & Development, marketing, etc.
- Technology Management Work directly with Information Technology teams to ensure proper prioritization, focus and energy is directed to F&B projects.
- Market Visits Ensure field execution is meeting objectives, assess new opportunities and develop a positive, productive relationship with field operations.
What we need from you :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or commensurate experience.
- 8 years in a multi-unit operation, food and beverage, or commensurate experience.
- Strong understanding of restaurant systems and processes including R&D.
- Basic understanding of contracts and experience with vendor management.
- Good, solid financial understanding (multi-level P&L experience).
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Must be inquisitive, able to learn quickly, and flexible enough to partner with others to find common ground and solutions.
What we also value (preferred skills / experience) :
- 10 years multi-unit restaurant or food and beverage equivalent experience.
- 5 years in corporate functional role with increasing responsibility.
- Demonstrated track record of driving results and achieving targets.
- Experience developing others and leading high-performance teams to meet specific objectives.
- Solid presentation skills and ability to interact with community leaders in a positive manner.
- Ability to manage and communicate up / down an organization structure.
- Franchise leadership role beneficial.
