A company is looking for an Employment Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Review and draft employment-related agreements and policies
Collaborate with Human Resources on workplace conduct and employee matters
Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws through audits and policy implementation
Required Qualifications
JD degree from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
Experience advising HR and business leaders on workforce strategy
Ability to draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements
Knowledge of labor and employment laws in India and the EU is a plus
