Job Description :
Eligibility : Only EAD / Green Card / Citizens no sponsorships.
Summary :
- Collaborate with tech and business teams to gather data requirements.
- Experience with data warehousing and implementing data hubs / marts.
- Build scalable data pipelines for ingestion and transformation from sources like Flat Files, SQL, AWS RDS, S3 into Snowflake.
- Hands-on with ingestion, transformation, and database tech.
- Proficient in SQL, complex queries, and optimization.
- Create unit / integration tests and manage automated deployments.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain production systems.
- Update user stories and engage in agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with product owners, analysts, architects, QA, and team members.
Experience Required :
- 2+ years in ETL development using DBT.
- 4+ years with SQL and Snowflake.
- 1+ year of practical experience with Git and Python.
- Strong communication skills in collaborative settings.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with ELT using Matillion, DBT, and Snowflake.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI / CD pipelines.
- Experience with AWS and Control M.
- Ability to code complex transformations in DBT.
Typical Qualifications :
- 3-5+ years in data engineering.
- BS in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
