Summary :
This role will be responsible for supporting the lead PM and will be mostly assisting with tactical PM tasks (helping prepare plans, tracking tasks / doing follow-ups, preparing status reports, setting up meetings, taking notes etc.
The Sr. BSA aspects of the role would include perform Assessments (Vendor selection), Requirements Gathering, Scoring charts, Coordination with vendors and internal teams etc.
and support implementation of selected systems.

Responsibilities : Deliver timely, effective, easily understandable, concise project deliverables including project plans, presentations, budget reviews, cross-project dependencies, risks analyses and mitigation, key performance indicators (KPIs), stakeholder coordination and status communication.
Perform Assessments (Vendor selection) - Requirements Gathering, Scoring charts, Coordination with vendors and internal teams etc.
Support implementation of selected systems - Perform Requirements gathering, testing etc.
Perform some tactical project management activities
Communicate across audiences, effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths, and updating stakeholders.
Ability to translate technical rollouts and features to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications : BA / BS in business, computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience 5+ years of applicable experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company.
Demonstrated success in the delivery of multiple projects.
Experience with Med Device / Pharma Regulatory related system implementations a plus.
Strong Business Systems Analysis skills.
Experience managing smaller projects.
Experience Ability to conduct requirement gathering, create documentation, and interview stakeholders, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
