Your work family includes doctors, nurses, (on call nurses, NP’s, triage nurses, admission nurses, LPN’s) social workers, CNA’s, chaplains, and volunteers, just to name a few.
The only thing missing is YOU! Your role would be to serve as a first impression for Tapestry Hospice with referral sources, patients, families, and the community.
A community liaison develops and markets to physicians, community health facilities, office-based practices, private practices, group practices, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other accounts identified as potential referral sources.
A community liaison is provided with an account territory list to manage and works to add new accounts to their list by developing healthy relationships with potential referral sources.
