Benefits :

Responsibilities :

• Quality Champion : Test and inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet high standards.
• Problem Solver : Identify and manage products that don’t meet quality standards.
• Safety Guardian : Perform and document quality and food safety checks to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Audit Expert : Conduct quality audits and monitor electronic systems to maintain company standards.
• Analytical Guru : Test products and raw materials for various attributes like color, fat content, and flavor.
• Innovator : Recommend improvements to quality and production standards.
• Material Inspector : Assess incoming materials to ensure they meet specifications.
• Tech Savvy : Use the TraceGains tracking system and maintain lab equipment.
• Environmental Steward : Conduct environmental sampling and ensure compliance with the Environmental Monitoring Program.
• Team Player : Attend daily shift transition meetings and assist in training new technicians.
• Documentation Pro : Create and maintain documents on SharePoint and ensure accuracy.
• Safety Auditor : Conduct monthly food safety inspections and maintain a clean work area.
• Data Analyst : Enter and track test results, generate graphs for QA KPIs, and evaluate test data.
• Customer Liaison : Prepare Certificates of Analysis for customers and validate incoming material COAs.
• Special Projects : Participate in various projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
