Corporate Treasury plays a central role in the firms overall strategy with responsibility for providing appropriate funding to support all firmwide activity while maximizing net interest income.
The division allocates financial resources, raises funding and capital to support firm activity, and dynamically manages the firms asset liability risk and liquidity portfolio.
Corporate Treasury actively engages in public markets and with businesses across the firm, investors, ratings agencies and regulators.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS :
ROLE SUMMARY
- Opportunity to join Corporate Treasury in Salt Lake City to provide assistant coverage and administrative support for the regional team (covering phones, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, time entry and approvals, etc.)
- Support stakeholder diary management including co-ordination of internal and external meetings
- Prepare travel and expense statements for stakeholders and act as the main contact for expense questions
- Deal with internal and external clients as well as intermediaries at senior levels
- Help with ad-hoc requests from Corporate Treasury professionals and leadership team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Extensive diary and telephone management, including prioritization and coordination with senior stakeholders and global assistants to resolve conflicts, often at short notice
- Booking international travel for the team and processing expenses
- Providing adhoc support to wider senior management group when required
- Acting as the main point of contact for administrative queries for the department
- Coordinating the onboarding and provisioning of new hires and consultants
- Organizing departmental meetings with members of the leadership team, and coordinating materials and agendas
- Invoice processing
- Owning and organizing the departmental seating plan and making desk arrangements and providing building access for visitors
- Additional assignments and project work, as per business requirements
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years previous experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting at senior management / managing director level, preferably within the financial services industry
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organized, efficient, and highly motivated
- Collaborative, can-do attitude and an eagerness to grow with the department. The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships is a must
- The role would suit a self-starter who is keen to make the role their own and develop processes to make ensure the department runs smoothly from an administrative perspective
- Has the ability to take on and prioritize multiple and varied projects, and remain flexible as priorities change
