In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support and service.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in processing orders, forms, and applications.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with company policies and product knowledge.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
