Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in construction project management and a strong background in overseeing commercial or residential construction projects from inception to completion.

This position is primarily office-based with occasional on-site responsibilities to ensure projects meet quality, safety and schedule expectations.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects, overseeing timelines, budgets and resources
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress and adjust schedules as necessary
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee project budgets, procurement and vendor management to maintain cost efficiency
• Resolve any on-site issues quickly and effectively to keep projects on track
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and industry standards

Construction Project Manager Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work both in-office and conduct site visits as needed
